This was one of the most kind and professional dentist offices I ever had the pleasure of visiting! First, the front desk staff was super accommodating with my needs and helped me so much with my questions. They are super caring and make me feel like a person rather just a patient Second, the dental assistant was friendly and really made me feel at ease with what was happening as well as making me feel comfortable by being friendly, smiling, and joking with me while I waited for the doctor. Then Dr. McDow came in. I never had a dentist (or rather any doctor) explain to me what exactly was wrong with me. He eplained in detail what was happening with my jaw and teeth. He was so thorough with explaining what happened that I understood what was happening and what to expect next. He was so personable and friendly. This whole experience didnt make me feel like I was at a normal doctors visit, but rather it was a calm and pleasent experience. If you have any doubts about coming here, don't. This was by far the best doctors visit of my life. Thank you all so much!

The worst experience I’ve every had with any medical professional. 3 months later I am still in shock in how I was treated, during and after my oral surgery. There was a medical plan that was made. This plan was not carried out by Dr McDow. I was given a medication I specifically asked to be not to given. Not only was Dr McDow unapologetic, he was rude condicending and unprofessional. I will never ever step foot in that office again; nor would I recommend anyone to seek treatment from Dr McDow. He should have his license and practice reviewed. He should be out of practice.

2 wisdom tooth out, I'm in my late 30's and it was an amazing experience. everything went really well. I still can't believe it. I used to think its going to be the worst nightmare of my life and it was so simple.
